RULES....... sorry but we need to have them.

In our desire to protect everyone joining our chat rooms we need to have RULES. Phunchat.com would like to provide our members with a safe and secured place to meet friends, interact with loved ones, and establish lasting relationships. In order to do this, we will have to follow some simple rules.

General Rules :

NOTES :

At Phunchat.com, rooms that are created by users are not monitored .Should you choose to join any user created room , you do so at your own risk. We also do not monitor private cams and messages, therefore if you choose to view cams and private messages, it would be at your own risk.

Do's :

Always be polite and well mannered.
When in a default chat room use the English language.
• Report any kind of abuse to admin. or our moderator team by clicking the report button on a members PM window then send your report. We will reward you with a ‘Phunchat loyalty badge’ based on our points system.
Always be fully clothed when your cam is open to the public.
Abide by the rules
Enjoy yourself.

Don'ts :

DO NOT annoy anyone in the room.
DO NOT use any abusive language (swearing, threats etc.)or make abusive comments inside the rooms.
DO NOT use any form of offensive or obscene words on the main chat screen.
DO NOT make threats to anyone in any shape or form. This will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate ban of the user or users concerned, without notice.
DO NOT flood the screen with text or messages.
DO NOT send a PM (private message ) to admin or host asking questions such as a/s/l ? , Male or Female ? .
DO NOT ask for personal information like full names, addresses, phone numbers, email address, birth dates, instant messaging nicknames for other IM services, such as Yahoo, Msn, Aol etc., on the main chat screen. This will result in an immediate ban without notice.
DO NOT pose as or pretend to be a moderator or an administrator of Phunchat.
DO NOT use two nicknames at the same time in the chat. Members are only allowed to use one nickname in chat room.
DO NOT post links to external sites or promote other sites on the main chat screen or on member’s private message windows. This will result in an immediate ban without notice.
DO NOT ask members to undress on the main chat screen or private message window .This act will result in an immediate ban without notice.
DO NOT make any racist remarks. This will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate ban of the user or users concerned, without notice.
DO NOT use Phunchat chat rooms for any illegal activities. This will result in an immediate ban and also we will send a report of such activity together with your IP address, van or proxy info, time date and any other information necessary to the local authorities in your country.
DO NOT ask for money from Punched members. This will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate ban of the user or users concerned, without notice.
DO NOT record member cams and post recordings on video sharing sites. We will ban and report you to the local authorities in your country together with your IP address, vpn or proxy info, time date and any other information necessary to the local authorities in your country.

Administrators and Moderators Reasons and Actions

3rd and 4th offence = banning from accessing Phunchat.
1. Annoying members
2. Using abusive language or comments including swearing and racist remarks.
3. Any form of offensive or obscene words on the main chat screen.

1st time warning, 2nd time kick off, 3rd time ban.
1. Asking for personal information such as full names, addresses, phone numbers, email address, birth dates, instant messaging nicknames for other IM services, such as Yahoo, Msn, Ail etc., on the main chat screen.

1. Flooding the screen with text or messages.
2. Sending a PM (private message) to admin or host asking questions such as a/s/l? , Male or Female?, asking for personal details or using abusive or offensive language, swearing, threats etc.

1st time kick off, 2nd time ban.
1. Asking members to undress on the main chat screen or private message window. This act will result in an immediate ban without notice.
2. Asking for money from members via PM. Our administrators will investigate the reported user before any action is taken. Please copy and paste the whole conversation in the report window when reporting a member.

Immediate ban from accessing Phunchat chat rooms.
1. Making threats to anyone in any shape or form.
2. Posing as or pretending to be a moderator or administrator.
3. Posting links to external sites or promoting other sites on the main chat screen or on members’ private message windows.

Immediate ban and report members to country local authorities.
1. Using Phunchat chat rooms for any kind or form of illegal activity.
2. Recording member cams and posting on video sharing sites and/or using the video for blackmailing.

GROUNDS FOR KICKING AND BANNING :

1.) People who persistently break the rules at Phunchat.com will be banned. The IP address will be listed in our block list. In extreme cases we will make a formal complaint to your ISP and send them logs of IP addresses and chat logs of users that have been banned from our site. This both works on broadband and dial up so you will have to take this seriously.

2.) Abusive use of this web site can be grounds for banishment. IP addresses are logged on every web page on the Internet. This information is stored securely and will NEVER be published anywhere, so if you post in our chat rooms be aware that your IP address is automatically logged.

NOTE:

The decision of the Admin and the host is FINAL and IRREVOCABLE. Their job is to ensure that there is no form of abuse in the chat rooms. However, if you think you have been banned unfairly, you can always APPEAL to the Admin, and for minor cases, the bans may be lifted before account termination takes place. It is advisable to send a private message to Admin for matters pertaining to appeals of bans to be lifted.
